Processing Time Ready-made pieces are processed within 2 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces require up to 2 months to create before shipping — you'll be notified by email when your order is on its way.
- Italy: 2–5 business days
- EU: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
